1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select cities).
  You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

All perfumes and attars are carefully packed with protective materials to avoid damage during transit.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at urbanmisk@gmail.com

• Provide clear photos of the package and product.
  We’ll review and replace/refund the item as per our policy.
